  3. Take one cabbage leaf and put some meat, there is no standard for this, just don't put too little because you will eat only cabbage.
  4. Fold it from the one side to another and vice versa.
  5. Then roll it. Put some leaves on the bottom of the deep dish and place sarmas like this. You will have 2 or 3 "floors" of sarma.
  6. If you like, you can add smoked ribs, or bacon. Cover it with water and cook at how heat for like 1 hour. You will need to add more water.
